At McClintock Homes, we value the support from our local Brokers and Realtors, and we welcome your participation in the sale of our homes. Our goal is to make the buying and buildling of a new home easy for you and your client. It's easy, so let's get started:
Register your clients. Introduce yourself and your client to one of our Community Sales Managers and complete a registration form. You can even pre-register online!
You are protected. Our Realtor program will protect your commission and eliminate any misunderstandings. When you register your clients with us during the initial visit, we'll protect your commission for 60 days.
Schedule a showing. To schedule a time to view a Quick Move-In Home or to inquire about a build-to-suit, simply call the community sales office or email the Community Sales Manager.
Relax. We'll take care of the rest. Our professional community sales managers will write the contract, and will keep you informed throughout the constuction process.
Time to close. At closing, we pay a minimum commission of 3% of the final sales price of the house INCLUDING options and upgrades to the buyer's agent.
